DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS & REQUESTS?
Yes I certainly do.
I'd love to work with you within my guidelines. After we've agreed I can create
what you're after, a 50% deposit is required.
SHIPPING
All prints are posted out through Australia Post. With the exception of Gift Vouchers, the shipping is included in the product list price. If
you have ordered more than one item, they may be posted out separately. A
tracking number will be provided once your order has been posted out. As
originals paintings are large (1 metre square), a shipping quote will be
provided to you on request. By finalising your order, it is deemed that
absolutely no responsibility is taken by myself, Melanie Nouchy for loss or
damage once the package has been sent. Deliveries are sent during normal
business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday and,
Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Currently we are not shipping outside Australia. If you live outside Australia, please express your interest in private message.
EXCHANGES
It is our absolute priority to ensure you are
satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, there is no exchange or return on
sale items. Please post your item back to us within 7 days of the item being
dispatched to you. The item must be returned via registered mail, and customers
will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs, unless deemed faulty.
Please include with your item the original order receipt and a brief letter
detailing the reason for your exchange and what you wish to exchange your item
for. The exchange item must be of equal or lesser value. Customers will be
responsible for the cost of shipping the new item from our dispatch. Please
allow 14 days for your exchange to be processed and delivered to you.
